I might get castrated here by about 5,000 men and women attempting to profit from what I am about to neg down, but I don’t care. There comes a time when the internet needs to know the truth, and this is definitly that time.
Making money on the internet is much harder than you would think. Granted, I have not been in the business much at all, but I was lured by the “lol easy to make teh monies in 5 easy steps” type of games and decided to give it a try. It’s not do simple as they would like you to believe.

An article on CNN (http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/07/30/frank.marijuana/index.html) alerted me that a Massachusetts democrat is going to propose legislation that would, to a small extent, make marijuana legal. On what would have been the average Friday night, something simultaneously stupid and amazing happened.
A friend of mine came over with plans to hang out and probably go to bars or whatever. She showed up at my house and was on the phone with someone. Where were her keys? Inside the car.

After updating the kernel on my Fedora 8 box, I was greeting by VMware Server failing to load. I figured now would be a good time to try out 2.0 RC 1. I had read that it was a fair bit different and that they had done away with the console client in favor of a web based client so I was interested in seeing if there were any major new features. After downloading the 1.0.5 tarball (again) to get and run the uninstall script (which does not delete your virtual machines) I was ready to go.

Car alarms are a debatably common tool on most cars today. Their effect, while good at heart, has questionable results in the real world. Something that occured last night, while in the midst of a deep and comfortable sleep, leads me to believe that car alarms have a couple of fatal flaws.
Aside from their dubious effect on actually detering a criminal, they have a couple of important tendencies that, while good at heart, have caused me to, essentially, want to destroy every single one ever made.
